Do I Have To
Due to forces beyond his control, Brian, a man in his thirties, is seen by everyone as a thirteen-year-old girl in middle school. June "Alright, sweetheart, today's the day we're going to get you your first training bra. How are you feeling?" Brian hesitant "I don't know, June. I'm kind of nervous." June "Don't call me June, call me Mom. It's completely normal to feel that way, honey. But remember, this is just another part of your change, and I'm here to help you through it." Brian "I know, Ju...Mom, but I still feel a bit embarrassed." June "I understand, sweetie. But trust me, once we find the right one, you'll feel more comfortable and confident." [They enter the lingerie section of the store, and Brian looks around nervously.] Brian "Do we have to do this? What if I just don't wear a bra?" June "Yes, you have to. All the girls 'your age' are dying to wear a bra whether they need one or not." Brian "I definitely don't need one." June "You'll look out of place if you don't. You don't want to be the only girl in the eighth grade who doesn't wear a bra." Brian "I don't want to go to school either." June "You have to. It's the law. Don't worry about it.Let's take our time and look at different options. We'll find something that feels good and looks nice." Brian "I don't care how it looks." June "Of course, you do." [They start browsing through the training bra section, and Brian picks out a few options.]
