Las Vegas Trip

Las Vegas Trip

Jose: "Honey, I've been thinking... I really want us to plan a trip to Las Vegas."

Pamala: "Las Vegas? Really? Are you serious?"

Jose: "Yeah, I am. I think it could be a lot of fun for us."

Pamala: "But isn't Las Vegas just all about gambling and parties? I'm not sure if that's our kind of thing."

Jose: "It's not just about that, there's so much more to do there! I won't do any gambling. I'll just see the sights. We could see some amazing shows, visit the Grand Canyon, enjoy the delicious food, and even relax by the pool."

Pamala: "I don't know... It just seems like such a busy and overwhelming place."

Jose: "I understand your concerns, but I promise we can plan a trip that suits both of us. We can avoid the super busy areas and focus on the things we both enjoy."

Pamela used an old trick that she had, Jose had been conditioned to freeze and obey all of her suggestions when she snapped her fingers twice.

Jose: "Mommy, can we pwease, pwease go to Disney World?"

Pamela: "Oh, sweetheart, I know you're really excited about Disney World, but we can't go right now."

Jose: "But why not, Mommy? Awl my friends have been there, and they say it's so much fun!"

Pamela: "I know, honey, and I promise we'll go one day. But right now, we have other things we need to take care of."

Jose: "But I've been dreaming about meeting Cindewella and riding the roller coasters! Can't we just go for one day?"

Pamela: "I wish it were that simple, sweetie. Going to Disney World takes a lot of planning and saving up money. We need to make sure we can afford it and that we have enough time to enjoy everything there."

Jose: "But I'll be good, Mommy, I promise! I'll do all my chores and help you with everything!"

Pamela: "I know you would, sweetheart, and I'm so proud of you for being such a good helper. But going to Disney World is something we need to plan for as a family."

Jose: "Okay, Mommy. Can we at weast start planning now? Please?"

Pamela: "Of course, sweetie. Let's start looking at some pictures and videos of Disney World together. And we can talk about all the fun things we'll do when we finally go."

Jose: "Yay! Thank you, Mommy! I love you!"

Pamela: "I love you too, sweetheart. And I promise, we'll make our trip to Disney World happen one day. Since we can't go now, maybe we can bring Disney World here. Let's get you some pretty new clothes all Disney themed. We'll get you some princess dresses and tops with Minnie Mouse we can even get you some mouse ears."

Jose: "Weally?"

Pamela: "Yeah, let's go right now, have you cleaned yopur room?

Jose: (Jose looked down at the floor.) "Ummm"

Pamela: "Put everything away and we'll go right after."

Jose ran to this 'Man Cave" and picked up everythng from the floor and put those thngs away. He wasn't very percise as he thought himself a little girl, but it was much neater than it had been before. Pamela strapped Jose into the back seat of the car. She drove them to the Disney Store.

Jose: "Wow, Mommy, look at all these cwothes! I don't know where to start!"

Pamela: "Let's start with your favorite character. Who would you like to dress up as first?"

Jose: "Hmm... I think I want to be Bewwe from Beauty and the Beast!"

Pamela: "Great choice! Let's see if we can find a yellow dress like hers."

They browse through the racks and find a beautiful yellow dress reminiscent of Belle's iconic gown.

Jose: "Mommy, look! This one wooks just like Bewwe's dwess!"

Pamela: "It's perfect! Let's try it on and see how it looks."

After trying on the dress and twirling around in front of the mirror, Jose squeals with delight. Jose was oblivous to all the stares from the other shoppers.

Jose: "I feel wike a real princess, Mommy!"

Pamela: "You look like one too, sweetheart. Now, let's see what other Disney outfits we can find."

They continue shopping, picking out outfits inspired by other beloved Disney characters like Elsa, Moana, and Cinderella.

Jose: "Mommy, thank you so much for taking me shopping today. This is the best day ever!"

Pamela: "I'm so glad you're having fun, sweetheart. Now, let's go show off our new Disney outfits to Daddy when we get home!"

With their bags filled with Disney apparel, they leave the store, both excited to wear their new outfits. They returned to the car. Jose was strapped in again in the rear seat.

Pamela: "Guess what I got you."

Jose: "Wots of pretty clothes."

Pamela: "Besides that."

Jose: "What?"

Pamela pulled out a Minnie Mouse doll.

Jose: "Wow! I love it."

Jose cuddles the doll as they drive off. Next stop, a traditional department store to buy Jose some panties, tights and shoes to wear with his new apparel.

Jose was returned to his former persona while they saved up money. On the day that they were to go on the trip, Pamela returned Jose to the persona of a five-year-old girl.

Jose couldn't believe it, he was going to take a plane ride and go to Disney World. Pamela dressed him up in a white T-shirt with a black outline of Mickey Mouse. He wore it with a red jacket, a black and red polka dot skirt, sneakers, and mouse ear barrette in his hair.

Pamela: While we are in the airport always hold my hand."

Jose: Yeath, Mommy.

Pamela stared down anyone who looked at Jose cross-eyed.

The pair flew to Las Vegas. Jose didn't know that this wasn't Disney World. His juvenile mind didn't know where Disney World was. He didn't even know how to read.

Pamela: (In front of the Las Vegas sign) "Look at that sign, it says Welcome to Disney World Let's take a picture."

The pair checked into the Circus Circus hotel and Pamela dressed Jose in a powder blue corseted ballgown with puff sleeves along with white tights and white gloves. Then they walked around to see everything at 'Disney World'

Pamela: "Which ride do you want to go on first?"

Jose: "The one with the fwogs."

Pamela: "The frog hopper it is."

Ride Attendant: "He can't go on this. He's too tall."

Pamela: "Excuse me, my LITTLE GIRL is too tall?"

Ride Attendant: (recognizing his mistake) "What I meant to say is that her dress is too big.."

Pamela: "That's better." (then to Jose) "I'm sorry honey. Let's go on the carousel instead.

Jose: "But, I wanna go on the fwogs."

Pamela: "Horses are almost as good. Look there's a unicorn you can ride too."

Jose: "A unicorn?"

Pamela: "Yeah, let's hurry before someone takes it."

Jose: "Okay."

Except for the faux pas of the ride attendant, no one said anything about Jose walking around dressed like Cinderella. In Las Vegas, that type of thing isn't very odd. They even had family-style restrooms all over for Pamela to take Jose when he needed to make a 'sissy'.

Pamela and Jose walked all over Vegas, seeing many attractions. They saw the M&Ms store, the Disney Store, saw many street performers wearing many different costumes including Minnie Mouse and Spiderman. Pamela showed Jose all the sights.

Pamela: (Pointing to the Excalibur Casino) Look that's Cinderella's Castle.

Pamela: (Pointing to the Treasure Island Casino) Look that's Pirates of the Caribbean.

Pamela: (Pointing to the Stratosphere Casino) Look that's Space Mountain. See the rollercoaster on top?

Pamela: (Pointing to the Fountains of the Bellagio) Look that's Splash Mountain.

One day, Pamela dressed Jose in a skirted Mirabel one-piece swimsuit and they spent the entire day at the pool.

They visited the Angry Birds Movie Ride. But Jose's favorite spot was the Disney Immersive Experience. Pamela thought that no one was having more of an immersive experience than Jose. He was immersed in being a little girl.

On the plane ride home, Jose was so excited that he was talking to the passenger next to him on the plane.

Jose: "Okay, so first, there's Cinderella's castle, and it's sooo big and beautiful! And then, there are rides everywhere, like Space Mountain, where you go super fast through space, and Splash Mountain, where you go down a huge waterfall!"

Jose: "Oh, and there are princesses walking around, like Bewwe and Ariel and Elsa! I got to meet them and take pictures with them, and they were all so pretty!"

Jose: "And there are parades with music and dancing, and fireworks that light up the sky at night! It's like a dream come true! I wanna go again!"

Passenger: "It sounds absolutely magical, sweetheart. I'm glad you had such a wonderful time."

Once back home, Jose's persona was returned to him.

Jose: "When is the plane leaving?"

Pamela: "We already went. Don't you remember?"

The memories of what happened returned to Jose's mind.

Jose: "What did you do to me?"

Pamela: "I took you to Las Vegas. Isn't that where you wanted to go?"

Jose: "I did but."

Pamela: "You said you wanted to see the sights and hang around the pool. We did all that."

Jose: "But what about the gambling?"

Pamela: "You said you didn't want to do that. So you were lying to me."

Jose spent the next two weeks thinking he was a senile old woman in a nursing home.

End.
