Mad Patron: "Excuse me! I demand to speak to the manager right now!"

Server: "Is there something wrong, sir? How can I assist you?"

Mad Patron: "Yes, there is something wrong! I reserved a table hours ago, and when I arrived, you seated me by the kitchen! This is unacceptable!"

Server: "I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience, sir. Let me check with the manager and see what we can do to accommodate you."

The server hurries off to find the manager, leaving the patron fuming at his table.

Mad Patron: grumbling "Unbelievable! I pay good money to dine here, and this is the treatment I get?"

After a few minutes, the manager approaches the table with a concerned look.

Manager: "Good evening, sir. I understand there's been an issue with your seating arrangements. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience."

Mad Patron: "Apologies won't cut it! I demand a better table, away from the noise and commotion of the kitchen."

Manager: "Of course, sir. I completely understand your frustration. Please allow me to find you a more suitable table."

The manager and server flank the mad patron as they lead him across the room. The mad patron loses his train of thought as he takes step after step to the new table. With only two of three steps to go, the man loses his balance. The server and manager hold him under each shoulder blade to assist the mad patron to his seat.
