The Spider Sapphire Mystery Tommy looked into the room. He was at the door of what he knew was his bedroom although he also knew he had never seen it before. The room was a contrast of two colors: sapphire and ivory. The walls were painted ivory which matched most of the furniture: the bed headboard, the night table, the desk with his chair in front, dresser, carpet, and even the shades over the window was all ivory. There was also sapphire everywhere. The sapphire-colored comforter dominated the room. It was long and flowy with pleats that extended past the end of the bed and onto the floor. The pillowcases were made of the same material on the outer ends with a somewhat smoother material on the inner parts, ruffles separated the smooth from the flowy. A sapphire-colored heart-shaped throw pillow was in the middle of the two sleep pillows. A soft material that matched the bedspread covered the chair in front of the desk as well as one of the end tables. On top were a plant and an ivory picture frame containing a photograph of a ten-year-old girl.
